Shane McMahon (born January 15, 1970) is an American businessman and professional wrestler. He is currently signed to WWE.
He is a member of the McMahon family. The former Executive Vice President of Global Media (as well as an occasional professional wrestler and referee) for the McMahon family-owned World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), he is the son of WWE chairman and CEO Vince McMahon and United States Senate candidate Linda McMahon. He is also the older brother of Stephanie McMahon and brother-in-law of Triple H. He worked for WWE for over 20 years before resigning in January 2010. In 2016, he returned to WWE and was prominent in the company for the next four years. Since 2020, he appears and wrestles part time.
In WWE, he is a one-time European Champion and a one-time Hardcore Champion. He and the Miz were also SmackDown Tag Team Champions, and McMahon won the WWE World Cup in 2018.
On July 12, 2013, McMahon voluntarily stepped down as CEO of YOU On Demand and appointed Weicheng Liu as his successor, while remaining YOD’s principal executive officer and Chairman of the Board.

Shane appeared as an unlockable playable character in WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2007 and WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2008. He appeared as a non-playable character (NPC) in WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2009 and WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2010 and can be playable through modding the games. He returns as an unlockable playable character in WWE '13 & WWE 2K16 with his Attitude Era appearance. After Shane's return to WWE in 2016, he was playable in WWE 2K17 to WWE 2K23 with his modern appearance.
